I fell in love with Kundalini Yoga because of the beautiful meditations and depth of teachings, and have been sharing the practices of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, as taught by Yogi Bhajan since 2014, after finding this practice in 2011. My teachers include Gurmukh and Guru Shabid of the Golden Bridge Studio for the Kundalini Yoga Institute Level 1 Training in April 2015, and Hari Kaur Khalsa for Level 2 Lifecycles Kundalini Training in October 2017.
I never outgrew my adventurous spirit and love for learning - which includes my spiritual interests. This seeking lead me to travel for 3 months in 2016 with the Yawanawa Tribe of the Brazilian Amazon, including living with the tribe in the Mutum Village of Acre, Brazil for two weeks under the care of Paje Tata, the 102 year old shaman. I love finding peace and depth in many forms of meditation, and completed a 10 day silent meditation course in Vipassana, as taught by S.N. Goenka, in September 2017.
Yoga translates to union; Kundalini Yoga and Meditation uses mantra, mudra, asana, and breathing techniques to attain the union of the body, mind, spirit and align the chakra system.

Kundalini Kirtan: Power of the Naad
Celebrating 1 year this August of a traveling community in New York City. With the shared belief that every voice is a force of healing technology, we share leadership in singing these sacred starseed currents. We are Aquarian leaders, meaning anyone can lead the group in a chant; we are all teachers & learners in this sangat. Who is in the New York sangat? You are!
